Ordering and payment
Q: Do you offer shipping to my country?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit card payments via Stripe, and bank transfer.
Delivery
Q: How can I track my order?
We will send the tracking number to your email address once your order is prepared and ready for shipment.
Q: How long does order processing take?
Order processing time depends on the product. You can find it on the product page under Additional information.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address, destination country, and the products in your shopping cart. The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address you provide.
Q: How do you ensure safe shipping of a PC or server build?
Before shipping full builds, we take pictures of both the hardware and the packaging.
After the shipment leaves our office, it is handled by the carrier. It is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect the shipment for damage before the freight driver leaves the delivery location.
If the packaging shows any visible signs of damage, please open it immediately and inspect the contents in the driver’s presence. If the shipment has been damaged, describe the damage in detail on the delivery receipt and ask the driver to sign it.
If possible, please also take pictures of:
- the damaged packaging,
- the damaged product,
- the delivery label.
Please notify us immediately so we can initiate a damage claim with the carrier. Failure to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery may result in the carrier rejecting a later damage claim.
Q: Do you offer additional shipment security, such as tamper-proof sealing?
Yes. For customers who require additional shipment assurance, we offer a paid tamper-proof sealing option for selected products. We provide photos of the seals by email before delivery so they can be checked for any signs of damage or interference upon arrival. For additional protection, the BIOS can also be secured with a password sent separately by email.
Taxes and import fees
European Union
Q: Do the prices in the shop include VAT?
No, the prices listed in the shop are exclusive of VAT. A 23% VAT rate may be added to the final price of your order, depending on the destination country of your shipment and your tax status.
Q: When can I use the 0% VAT option?
You can use the 0% VAT rate under the reverse charge mechanism if you are a business customer based in another EU country outside Poland and provide a valid EU VAT number. In this case, your billing address must be registered to your company.
Please note that the 0% VAT rate does not apply to companies based in Poland. For Polish businesses, the standard 23% VAT rate applies.
Q: If I order as a private customer, what VAT will I have to pay?
If you place an order as a private customer, 23% VAT will be added to your order. This is because our company is based in Poland, and under the current rules applied in our shop, VAT is charged based on the seller’s location.
As a result, even if your shipping address is in another EU country, the Polish VAT rate of 23% applies.
Outside of EU
Q: I live outside the European Union. Do I have to pay import taxes?
Yes, orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to additional import charges, such as customs duties, VAT, and handling or brokerage fees.
These charges:
- are determined by the customs and tax authorities of the destination country,
- are not controlled by the seller,
- are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The good news is that if your delivery address is outside the EU, no VAT is charged at checkout, which means you pay 0% VAT. However, your local authorities or courier may still apply import duties, taxes, or processing fees before delivery.
Most shipments outside the EU are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees in the destination country.
Q: I am ordering from the United States. Do I have to pay import fees?
Yes, depending on the shipment value and customs processing. Due to recent changes in customs enforcement and carrier practices in the United States, more shipments may now be subject to customs clearance and additional import charges.
Please note:
- courier companies such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx may require payment of duties, taxes, or brokerage fees before or at delivery,
- additional processing or clearance-related fees may apply,
- these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If the recipient:
- refuses to pay these charges, or
- does not accept shipments with import fees,
the shipment may be refused and returned to the sender.
Before placing an order to the United States, please make sure that the recipient is able to accept the shipment and pay any applicable import charges.
